R.S. Precision is pleased to announce its newest addition: Mitsubishi EA8PV-Advance Ultra-Precision Micro-Hole CNC Sinker EDM Machine. It is capable of producing very high quality holes down to .005" diameter with aspect ratios as high as 50:1, and the capability of achieving holes as small as .0005" diameter with lower aspect ratios. It is capable of machining accuracies of +/-.00011", surface finishes as low as 4 micro-inches, and inside corner radii of less than .0003"! This new machine perfectly complements and vastly extends our already extensive Wire, CNC Sinker and Fast Hole EDM capabilities."
